Essential Escape can begin with two guests, while Immersive Journey and Complete Renewal are designed for groups of twelve or more. During the first planning call we discuss ages, interests, fitness, mobility, room preferences, dietary requirements and the reason for travelling. That information shapes the pace, activities, hosting and transport. A church group may prioritise worship and fellowship; a company may need purposeful team time; a family may want easier viewpoints and shared meals. The result is one coherent retreat designed around the people who will actually attend.

Low-season rates start from €95 per guest per night for Essential Escape, €180 for Immersive Journey and €280 for Complete Renewal. High-season rates begin at €115, €205 and €305 respectively. Every stay has a three-night minimum. Essential Escape is available for groups of two or more, while the Premium and Ultimate experiences are designed for groups of twelve or more. It is not a binding quote because final pricing depends on dates, live accommodation and supplier availability, transport, rooming, catering and bespoke requests. The aim is not to fill every hour, but to create a clear rhythm for the group. For example, morning training can be followed by a healthy lunch and an easy Atlantic viewpoint; worship and Bible study can sit alongside a mountain experience; or a company retreat can mix facilitated team time with an accessible levada walk and a hosted dinner. We consider travel time, weather, ability, recovery and group dynamics so the experience feels joined-up rather than like unrelated activities. Your group leaders approve the balance before the final proposal is issued.

Inclusions depend on the chosen package. Essential Escape includes private mountain accommodation, daily breakfast and a welcome supper, car-rental arrangement support and private airport transfers. Immersive Journey adds a private driver and hike transfers, a fully personalised itinerary and exclusive use of the retreat hotel. Complete Renewal adds private chef-led breakfasts, lunches and dinners, fully hosted and planned delivery, and a dedicated personal host available throughout the experience. Exact accommodation, menus, transfers and activities are confirmed in the written proposal. Flights, insurance and any item not stated in that proposal should be treated as excluded.
