Before confirmation

You may change or withdraw an enquiry at any time before a booking is confirmed. The online simulator is indicative and creates no payment or cancellation obligation.

Confirmed retreats

The cancellation schedule, deposits, balance due dates, name changes and supplier-specific conditions for a confirmed retreat will be stated clearly in your final proposal and booking agreement before payment.

Travel protection

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance suitable for every guest, including cancellation, medical treatment, activities, baggage and travel disruption.

Changes outside our control

Weather, trail access, transport disruption and other circumstances may require an itinerary adjustment. Where this happens, the team will prioritise safety and seek an appropriate alternative.
